My name is Nicole Karras. I am a licensed  massage therapist in Worthington, OH. I studied ancient healing practices with Dr. Rosita Arvigo and other Central American healers, becoming a Mayan Abdominal practitioner  focusing on Reproductive and Digestive health.  I have studied with different healers and teachers learning different treatments and modalities along the way including: Dr Jennifer Mercier (reproductive Health and Fertility massage); Caryn Diel (Chi Nei Tsang, for Pelvic health and Visceral Manipulation); Charles Wiltsie,  Lypossage (lymphatic and cellulite massage); Tom and Donna Cochran (Sacred Lomi);  The Upledger Institute (Cranial Sacral Therapy); Barefoot Masters( Ashiatsu); Lisa Kelly ( Pelvic Hydrotherapy); Rachelle Garcia Selia, CPM (Innate Postpartum Care); and Lynn Schulte, PT (Holistic treatment of the Pregnant Body and Postpartum Body) with the Institute for Birth Healing.
