Bio

About me: I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and graduated from the University of Montana physical therapy program in May 2009 with a doctorate of physical therapy. I have lived, worked, and played all across the northwest and worked in a multitude of physical therapy (PT) setting before returning home to Montana. I saw the need for PT specialized for women and this inspired me to start First Focus Physical Therapy.

Extra training for women's health PT:

- Pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PPCES) through Core Solutions.

- Herman and Wallace training
- Institute for Birth Healing

First Focus Physical Therapy was established to help make physical therapy standard practice for women with a focus on empowering women to reach their personal goals, reduce pain, and increase their activity safely.
