“I first thought that urine incontinence was a natural thing that comes with old age but Yi Jing told me that it is not so. It got to a point that I will leak quite badly before reaching the office toilet. Also before I reach the toilet when I get home , as washing my hands under first under running water can trigger leaking of urine. Sometimes sneezing also causes my urine to leak. It was quite worrisome. I am so glad to learn from Yi Jing how to do the correct pelvic floor exercise and breathing exercise, which is quite different from what i have learned before.
I am so much better now and able to hold my bladder. No more leaking. Very Grateful to Yi Jing.”

“I’m at my 3rd trimester pregnant and having sciatic nerve pain for 2 months. I couldn’t sleep on my left or right sides for too long because of the pain. The only sleeping position I felt comfortable was lying flat or half sitting up which caused new pain in my tailbone. I attended Yi Jing’s online workshop for pregnant mommy and tried her methods, it has greatly alleviated the tailbone issue. I got more help from her through online consultation where she patiently pointed out the issues of my gesture, some mistakes in physio exercises, and she taught me more exercises to relief my sciatic nerve pain. After few days of exercises, now I could sleep on left and right sides better and longer time without having to sleep in half sitting up position. Finally I could chill in the last few weeks of my pregnancy.
Btw, she also taught various exercises via online classes to prepare for smooth delivery. Go for it if you’re currently pregnant and wanting a natural labor!”
