The things I’ve learned from Katie will stay with me for years to come and have truly changed my life.

Katie’s coaching around pelvic floor alignment and relaxation was so good during labour. I was in labour (including 3-4 hours of sleep) for from about midnight to 1:30pm and pushed for 30 minutes. I’m so happy with how it went.

I injured my tailbone during labor and Katie listened to my concerns and gave me undivided attention. She problem-solved with me to find the right solution that worked for me, and had the least impact on my busy life.
