Bio

Janelle is a women's and maternal health occupational therapist working at the intersection of pelvic health, mental health and menstrual cycles. As well as being an endorsed mental health practitioner, she is certified in the Birth Healing Institute techniques and integrates these with other soft tissue focused strategies, somatic approaches and embodied perspectives. She is particularly interested in matrescence, feminine rite of passage and the occupational impact of birth injury on mothers.
Janelle lives and works on the Sunshine Coast, however also travels to Wollongong (NSW) and North Warrandyte (VIC/Melbourne) to offer face to face support.
